Shipping Policy

Australia:

We offer FREE shipping to all Australian addresses.
No additional taxes and/or import duties are collected at checkout — the price you see online is the final price you’ll pay (unless you’ve scored a sneaky discount 😉!).

💛 Solid Gold / Signature Ranges:
FREE worldwide shipping on all Signature and solid gold pieces.
Please note: some countries may charge local VAT abd/or import fees, which will be shown at checkout if applicable.

🌸 Travel Range (Plated Jewellery):
Due to recent courier restrictions with Australia Post, international shipping (outside Australia) currently incurs a flat $120 AUD shipping fee for orders under $500 AUD while we explore better options.
Please note: additional VAT and/or import duties may apply and will be displayed at checkout if required. If you would like to exclude these charges so they are paid by you at customs, please message us.

⏳ Production Time – Made Just for You

At Fiorie, we don’t believe in mass production. Every piece is made to order, just for you.

  • Please allow 4-6 weeks for your jewellery to be crafted with care and intention.

  • Once your piece is complete, it will be dispatched to your chosen address.

📦 Estimated Delivery Times (After Dispatch)

Australia: 2-5 business days

New Zealand: 5-10 business days

Rest of the world: 7-20 business days

All orders are shipped with tracking, and you’ll receive your tracking number via email once your parcel leaves our hands.

  • All parcels include a tracking number, sent via email upon dispatch.

  • We currently offer shipping to 46 countries:

- Oceania: Australia, New Zealand

- North America: United States, Canada, Mexico

- Europe: United Kingdom, Ireland, France, Germany, The Netherlands, Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Finland, Iceland, Belgium, Luxembourg, Italy, Vatican City, Spain, Liechtenstein, Austria, Monaco, San Marino, Croatia, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Malta, Slovakia, Slovenia, Estonia, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland

- Asia: Hong Kong, Singapore, Japan, South Korea, Macau, Taiwan, Malaysia, Cambodia

- Middle East: Jordan

🧾 Taxes & Duties

  • Prices are inclusive of taxes for shipments within Australia.

  • If no sales tax applies in your destination country, no tax will be charged.

  • For other countries,  taxes, VAT and/or import duties may apply, which will be added to your order at checkout. The rate will depend on your location. If you would like to exclude these charges so they are paid by you at customs, please message us.

⚠️ Important Notes on Delivery Issues

  • Refused packages or those undeliverable due to customer error (e.g. incorrect address) will be refunded only after the item is returned to us, minus:

    • The cost of shipping to and from your country

    • Any duties, taxes, or handling fees incurred

We kindly ask that you double-check your shipping details before placing your order to avoid delays or complications.

Returns & Exchange Policy

We want you to love your purchase from Fiorie Jewellery. If you are not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

✅ Eligibility for Returns

You may return eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order, provided they meet the following conditions:

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging.

  • Items must be in resalable condition, with tags or protective seals intact.

  • A valid proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalised pieces

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Earrings (for hygiene reasons)

  • Items returned outside the 14-day window

🔄 Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item, please return the original for a refund and place a new order for your preferred item.

🪙 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping charges are non-refundable, and you are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error.

📦 How to Return an Item

  1. Email us at info@fioriejewellery.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We will provide return instructions and the return address.

  3. Carefully package the item and send it using a trackable shipping method.

  4. Keep proof of postage for your records.

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can resolve the issue promptly.
