Australia
We are pleased to offer complimentary shipping on all orders within Australia.
No additional taxes or import duties apply — the price displayed at checkout is the final amount payable.
Signature & Solid Gold Collections
All Signature and solid gold pieces include complimentary worldwide shipping.
Please note that depending on your destination, local VAT and/or import duties may be applied. Where applicable, these charges will be clearly displayed at checkout.
Should you prefer to settle these charges directly with customs upon delivery, please contact us prior to placing your order.
Travel Collection (Plated Jewellery)
Due to current international courier restrictions with Australia Post, orders from our Travel Collection shipping outside Australia incur a flat-rate international shipping fee of $120 AUD on orders under $500 AUD while we continue to explore alternative courier solutions.
Additional VAT and/or import duties may apply and will be calculated at checkout where required. Should you prefer to settle these charges directly with customs upon delivery, please contact us prior to placing your order.
Made to Order | Production Time
At Fiorie, every piece is crafted exclusively for you. We do not mass-produce.
Please allow approximately 6 weeks for your jewellery to be thoughtfully handcrafted with precision and care before dispatch.
Once complete, your piece will be securely packaged and shipped to your nominated address.

All orders are shipped with full tracking. Your tracking details will be emailed once your parcel has been dispatched.

Taxes & Duties
Prices are inclusive of GST for Australian orders.
For international shipments, taxes, VAT, and/or import duties may apply depending on your destination and will be calculated at checkout where required. If you prefer to pay these charges directly to customs upon delivery, please contact us prior to ordering.
Delivery Exceptions
In the event a parcel is refused or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, refunds will be processed once the item is returned to us, less:

Returns & Exchange Policy

At Fiorie Jewellery, every piece is created with care and intention. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we are committed to offering a thoughtful and transparent returns process.
Return Eligibility
Eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided the following conditions are met:

Items are unworn, unused, and in original condition

Original packaging, tags, and protective seals remain intact

Items are returned in a resalable condition

Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is provided
Items Not Eligible for Return
Due to the nature of our craftsmanship and hygiene standards, we are unable to accept returns on:

Custom or personalised pieces

Sale or clearance items

Earrings (for hygiene reasons)

Items returned outside the 14-day return period
Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges.
Should you wish to select an alternative piece, we kindly ask that you return the original item for a refund and place a new order separately.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, you will be notified via email.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

How to Return Your Item
To initiate a return, please follow the steps below:

Securely package the item and send it using a trackable shipping method

Retain proof of postage until your refund has been processed
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives faulty or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery so we can resolve the matter promptly and appropriately.
Please note that our Returns & Refunds Policy is separate from our Aftercare & Warranty coverage. All solid gold pieces are covered by our two-year manufacturing warranty, which includes craftsmanship-related issues under normal wear. For care guidance, maintenance, or warranty enquiries, our team is always happy to assist.
