The Custom Process

Found a ring or jewellery piece you love but wish it was designed your way — or without the luxury price tag?
Here’s how our custom order process works and how we bring your perfect piece to life.

Step 1: Submit Your Form

From wherever you are in the world, simply submit a Custom Order Form and our expert consultants will be in touch with you to discuss your dream design details.

Step 2: Consultation

After submitting your Custom Order Form (inspiration images always help!), we’ll start discussing the finer details of your dream ring design. This can be done via phone, email, or even a virtual video consultation — whichever suits you best.

There are no additional fees for our Custom Design service, and the usual turnaround time is 6–8 weeks from final design approval.
If you would like to proceed after the consultation, we just require a minimum 50% deposit to begin the crafting process.

Step 3: Digital CAD Design

Once we’ve received your deposit, our design team begins creating a detailed CAD (Computer-Aided Design) drawing (example shown) of your requested piece. You’ll receive this within 48 business hours, giving you a clear, lifelike visual of how your jewellery will look before it’s handcrafted.

If you’ve selected a lab-grown diamond, we’ll also provide a video of your exact gem, showcasing its brilliance, cut, and certification details for your approval prior to production.

This step allows you to review every element — from stone proportions and prong style to band thickness and overall dimensions — and request any final adjustments. We’ll ensure every detail aligns perfectly with your vision before crafting begins.

Step 4: Crafting Begins

Once your design is approved, our skilled jewellers begin the handcrafting process in our studio.
Each piece is meticulously created using fine materials and precision techniques to ensure exceptional quality, durability, and sparkle. Throughout this stage, our team carefully sets each stone, polishes every detail, and inspects the piece at multiple points to guarantee a flawless finish.


Your jewellery is then prepared for final quality checks, secure packaging, and delivery straight to you — ready to be loved for a lifetime.

Step 5: Delivery

Once your piece has passed our final quality inspection, we’ll send you a high-resolution video of the finished jewellery via WhatsApp or email for your review. This ensures you can see the sparkle, setting, and fine details before it leaves our studio.

After your approval, the remaining 50% balance is due within 14 days. Once payment is received, your order will be carefully packaged and shipped securely to you.

All Fiorie Jewellery orders include complimentary shipping, full insurance and tracking from our Sydney studio to your door.

For international clients, delivery to the USA is free, with no additional VAT or import taxes under the Australia–U.S. Free Trade Agreement (AUSFTA).
