If you've commissioned a bespoke ring from our Signature Range, you’ll receive a computer-aided design (CAD) within 48 business hours of placing your order. Once received, you will have an additional 48 hours to provide your approval. If we don’t receive confirmation within this timeframe, your design will automatically progress to the production phase to ensure your beautiful piece is crafted and ready for you within your chosen timeframe.

Absolutely. You’ll receive regular communication from our team throughout your piece’s crafting journey. Upon completion, we’ll be in touch to provide your tracking information. Please note, each update along your piece’s journey will be delivered to the email you provided at the beginning of your journey with us.
