How long do I have to approve my CAD drawing?

If you've commissioned a bespoke ring from our Signature Range, you’ll receive a computer-aided design (CAD) within 48 business hours of placing your order. Once received, you will have an additional 48 hours to provide your approval. If we don’t receive confirmation within this timeframe, your design will automatically progress to the production phase to ensure your beautiful piece is crafted and ready for you within your chosen timeframe.

Absolutely. You’ll receive regular communication from our team throughout your piece’s crafting journey. Upon completion, we’ll be in touch to provide your tracking information.
Please note, each update along your piece’s journey will be delivered to the email you provided at the beginning of your journey with us.

Yes, we offer complimentary engraving on all of our ranges! ✨ Add a personal touch to your dream ring with a special engraving—whether it’s a meaningful date, nickname, or an inside joke. The choice is totally yours! 💍

Engraving is placed on the inside of the ring band, making it your little secret. When you place your order, simply add your engraving request in the order notes, and we’ll take care of the rest!
