If you've commissioned a bespoke ring from our Signature Range, you’ll receive a computer-aided design (CAD) within 48 business hours of placing your order. Once received, you will have an additional 48 hours to provide your approval. If we don’t receive confirmation within this timeframe, your design will automatically progress to the production phase to ensure your beautiful piece is crafted and ready for you within your chosen timeframe.
Absolutely. You’ll receive regular communication from our team throughout your piece’s crafting journey. Upon completion, we’ll be in touch to provide your tracking information.
Please note, each update along your piece’s journey will be delivered to the email you provided at the beginning of your journey with us.

Yes, we’ve got you covered with a two-year warranty! ✨ We guarantee that your jewellery will be free from any manufacturing defects for two years from the date of purchase. However, this warranty doesn’t cover general wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, neglect, or any failed repair attempts. 💍💔
It also doesn’t apply to purchases made through online auction sites or unauthorized resellers. 🚫

Engraving is placed on the inside of the ring band, making it your little secret. When you place your order, simply add your engraving request in the order notes, and we’ll take care of the rest! 🖋️💖
