We are pleased to offer worldwide delivery on purchases via FedEx, ensuring a secure and seamless experience from our studio to your door.

International orders over $500 AUD enjoy complimentary shipping, while orders under this threshold are shipped at a flat rate of $120 AUD.

All shipments are fully insured for peace of mind and include end-to-end tracking. International pricing is exclusive of VAT, duties, and local taxes, which are calculated and applied at checkout according to your destination. Should you wish to discuss VAT-excluded pricing or bespoke delivery arrangements, our team would be delighted to assist — simply reach out prior to placing your order.

All domestic orders are shipped via Australia Post and include full tracking, allowing you to follow your piece every step of the way.

Once dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you know exactly when to expect your Fiorie piece.

Each Fiorie piece is made to order and crafted especially for you. For this reason, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind once production has commenced.

If your piece arrives with a manufacturing fault, please contact us within 14 days of delivery so we can arrange an assessment and resolution.

All solid gold Fiorie pieces are covered by a 2-year manufacturing warranty, offering peace of mind and confidence in the quality of our craftsmanship.
